Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Arcane Brigade Reports, a web application operated by Arcane Brigade that allows authorized users to connect supported social accounts and manage content publishing workflows.
1. Use of the service
You agree to use the service only for legitimate content management and publishing purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and platform rules.
2. Account access
Access credentials must be kept confidential. You are responsible for activities performed through your account and for maintaining accurate connection settings for integrated services such as TikTok, Meta, Instagram, and YouTube.
3. Connected third-party platforms
The service may connect with third-party platforms through OAuth and related APIs. By connecting an account, you confirm that you have the authority to authorize access and publishing actions for that account.
4. Content responsibility
Users remain responsible for the legality, accuracy, rights clearance, and compliance of all uploaded, prepared, or published content. Arcane Brigade does not guarantee that any third-party platform will accept, distribute, or preserve submitted content.
5. Restrictions
- No unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or interference with the service.
- No unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or abusive content submissions.
- No use of the platform in violation of connected platform policies.
6. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, including integrations, posting flows, and game-specific rules, with or without notice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Arcane Brigade is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or platform-side losses resulting from use of the service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or revoke access if a user breaches these terms, creates security risk, or misuses connected accounts or publishing tools.
